What Is The Love, Loss and Forgiveness Project?
As the The Love, Loss and Forgiveness Project develops it will make available to you filmed materials (based on the workshops of the same name) and will be accompanied by interpretive guidebooks. There will also be a vibrant online community created for additional support with forums and other guided learning environments.
More Information

The LLFP Organization
1. A unique feature of the Project is that Community-based Small Groups (9-member) will provide the foundation for individuals to learn about Love, Loss, and Forgiveness.  The home base is in contrast to workshops and teachers often in far-off places where the experience may be inspirational, but the creative effects are so often diminished on returning home because of the lack of reinforcement for life changes.
2. Individuals in the safety of a small group will learn about loving themselves, for that is the prelude to loving others. Self-love is not the product of pills. Nor is self-esteem conferred or extracted by healers and therapists.  Self-respect and affection is self-generated, and occurs when we gaze at ourselves with unconditional love, and when we love ourselves the love spreads outwards and upwards, investing all people and the planet.
3. DVDs created from a filmed workshop (that will be filmed in May 2008 in West Cork, Ireland) will inspire the small learning group and its members so that they gain the courage to dive deep into Love, Loss, and Forgiveness. Interpretive Guidebooks will assist the group members to put their experiences into words and also provide guidance for the community-based small groups.
4. The Intention of the Spirit of the Project is to encourage, aid, and abet individuals in their quest for the loving life, and temper the destructive force of Competition-Rampant with the group experience of Collaboration and Caring.
5. Regional Groups will be developed that will support the home-based groups in the region, and the coordinator of the 9-person regional group will be in direct touch with the Project Executive director.  The regional groups will provide learning materials and will list groups and individuals that are available locally as resources to those on the Love, Loss, and Forgiveness learning quest.  The regional groups, with the assistance of the Executive Director, will also be responsible for organizing regional meetings.
6. The Project is internationally inspired, and is to begin with individuals and groups in the United States, the Netherlands, and Belgium.  Peoples will be linked through a Worldwide Web.
7. All Board and other meetings concerning the Project will begin with the Talking Stick.  We will practice what we ask of individuals and small groups, recognizing that the fostering of group energy and cohesion through the Talking Stick provides an ideal medium in which individual creativity and love is brought into being.
