What Is The Love, Loss and Forgiveness Project?
As the The Love, Loss and Forgiveness Project develops it will make available to you filmed materials (based on the workshops of the same name) and will be accompanied by interpretive guidebooks. There will also be a vibrant online community created for additional support with forums and other guided learning environments.

Meet Michael Murphy
“His thoughts about love, loss and forgiveness will help us to find liberation and healing and may lessen the fears and worries about our own death and other losses that lie ahead.”
Michael Murphy knows about grieving, the human condition, and how to help people heal themselves.
Being a leader in the early hospice movement in America, Michael has been guiding workshops in love and loss, internationally, for most of his long and productive career.
With a simple and direct methodology, his work provides the foundational context to all relationships-- both personal and professional-- in the learning to love ourselves.
Michael’s personal goal is to inspire a more functional, balanced and caring society.  His approach is to assist individuals to love themselves more, for this love is the foundation for the balanced, loving, and caring society.
This Project is a method of bringing the powerful catalyst for personal change experienced in Michael’s workshops over the past two decades to vastly more people in their home communities.  The Project will be even more effective than the workshops in catalyzing change because of the community-based and long-term nature of the training and support, and it will influence a very large number of people worldwide.
His work is practical, experiential and inspirational; we learn and practice the art of loving, even as we delve into the trials of grieving, and learn about the possibilities available to us as we live through and let go of life’s many painful experiences.
